Tom’s Cafe
Tom’s Cafe is located on Williams Ave, the first street in La Verne. Its name comes from the family that owned a large citrus grove in the area in the late 1920s. Initially, they had a citrus stand on Route 66, but it eventually expanded to become a full-fledged restaurant. The original family farmhouse is still standing on the same property.
